Jami Bader

RELAY Coach

Jami Bader is a Certified Meta Performance Executive Coach and Certified Transformational Leadership Trainer, blending her background in healthcare, missions, biblical studies, and leadership development to empower individuals and teams. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a Certificate in Bible and Missions, equipping her with a unique foundation in both spiritual and practical service.

Jami’s journey took a transformative turn when she, along with her husband, Chad, and their two children, moved to Honduras in 2012 as missionaries. In 2013, they relocated to Guatemala, where they founded Transformando Vidas, a ministry dedicated to serving small, impoverished communities in rural areas.

With a passion for personal and leadership transformation, Jami earned her certification as a Transformational Leadership Trainer in 2024 and later became a Certified Meta Performance Executive Coach in March 2025. Her approach goes beyond traditional leadership strategies—she fiercely advocates for empowered, identity-driven leadership, helping people shift from victimhood to ownership and discover not just what to do, but who to be as leaders.

Jami’s coaching is deeply rooted in empathy, integrity, and faith, equipping professionals, teams, and emerging leaders with the tools to break limiting narratives, own their stories, and step boldly into their vision. Whether working with executives, entrepreneurs, or students, her mission remains the same: to foster genuine transformation and empower others to lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose—unapologetically and with conviction.
